A new chapter of recovery begins, as Hope Is Alive opens its doors in Wichita, Kansas.
In Wichita, Kansas, a new recovery home has opened, offering a structured, faith-based environment for individuals seeking a path to sobriety. This initiative, supported by a grant from our foundation, reflects a shared commitment to fostering physical, emotional, and mental wellness across communities.
Building a Foundation for Recovery
The Wichita recovery home provides residents with a comprehensive program that addresses the root causes of addiction.
Through a three-phase recovery curriculum, individuals engage in activities that promote:

The home emphasizes the importance of a supportive environment, where residents can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives.
Impacting Lives in Kansas
Hope Is Alive's expansion into Wichita marks a significant step in addressing the challenges of addiction in Kansas. The organization's approach has already made a profound impact, with over 10,000 inquiries for help, 559 baptisms, 252 graduates, and 2,443 children reunited with sober parents across all HIA homes . The new recovery home extends these opportunities for radical life change to the Wichita community, offering a supportive environment where individuals can find freedom from addiction.
